Terms of service

These terms apply to every order placed on beautyfirstwholesale.ca, operated by Beauty First, 481 North Service Rd W, Unit A23, Oakville, ON L6M 2V6, Canada. By applying for an account or placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Wholesale accounts
Our store is for professional businesses such as salons, spas, clinics and beauty retailers in Canada. Pricing and checkout are available only to approved accounts. We may ask for business details or proof of trade, and we may approve, decline, suspend or close an account at our discretion.

2. Pricing and confidentiality
Prices are in Canadian dollars and do not include applicable taxes. Wholesale prices are for your business only and may change without notice. Please do not share your account or our wholesale pricing publicly.

3. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and refund that item. We may limit quantities or cancel orders that appear to be placed in error or for resale outside the terms of our supplier agreements.

4. Payment
Payment is due at checkout unless we have agreed other terms with your business in writing.

5. Shipping and returns
Shipping and returns are covered by our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy. For order processing and returns, email order@beautylogix.ca.

6. Product use
Our products are intended for use by trained beauty professionals. Always follow the manufacturer's directions, warnings and patch-test guidance, and check ingredient lists before use on clients. Product information on our website comes from the brands and is provided for guidance; packaging labels always take priority.

7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Beauty First is not responsible for any indirect or consequential loss, or for results arising from product use that does not follow the manufacturer's instructions. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

8. Website content
Text, images and logos on this website belong to Beauty First or to the brands we carry and may not be copied without permission.

9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to orders placed after it is published.
