Shipping Policy

We ship to approved business customers across Canada from our warehouse in Oakville, Ontario.

Shipping rates
- Free shipping on orders of $300 CAD or more (before taxes)
- Flat rate of $25 CAD on orders under $300

Where we ship
We currently ship within Canada only.

Processing and delivery
Orders are packed and shipped from Oakville on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation by email once your order leaves our warehouse. Delivery times depend on your location and the carrier.

Damaged or missing parcels
Please check your order on arrival. If a parcel is damaged or an item is missing, contact us at order@beautylogix.ca within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can help.
